BlueKite.com, a leading mobile Internet software provider, today announced a partnership with Navini Networks(TM). Navini, which offers telecom operators a wireless, cost-effective alternative to DSL and cable, will integrate BlueKite's bandwidth optimization software into its product offering to enhance its high-speed, nomadic wireless Internet access by maximizing available radio spectrum.
BlueKite's bandwidth optimization software will complement Navini's Ripwave(TM) product offering, enabling telecommunications service providers to serve a high concentration of users without compromising deployment and quality of service issues. Navini and BlueKite will jointly market their combined solution to these operators.
Since its launch earlier this year at SUPERCOMM, Navini has been challenging the rules of high-speed Internet access by providing operators, such as incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs), inter-exchange carriers (IXCs), competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) and other telecommunications service providers with a nomadic, zero-install, non-line-of-sight, wireless broadband access that provides the "third leg of the broadband stool."
